Introduction of Turbine Crusher

1. Structure

The turbine crusher is mainly composed of the following components:

- Protection shell: Protects internal components and prevents dust leakage.

- Machine door: Equipped with a sealing ring to ensure no dust leakage.

- Turbine: It rotates at high speed, driving the airflow and materials.

- Main shaft: Supports the turbine to ensure its stable rotation.

- Screen: Controls the particle size of the crushed material.

- Pulley: Transmits power, driving the main shaft and turbine.

- Electric motor: Provides power for the operation of the equipment.

2. Working Principle

a. Material entry: Materials shall be delivered to the machine cavity through the feeding hopper.

b. Crushing process: The motor drives the main shaft and the turbine to rotate at high speed. The materials are subjected to intense impact, friction and shearing in the rotating airflow of the turbine, thus the material shall be crushed.

c. Grinding and refinement: The material is ground again between the grinding blocks on the turbine and the screen ring for further refinement.

d. Airflow cooling: The turbine sucks in a large amount of air to cool the machine and at the same time helps convey fine materials.

e. Discharge: The crushed materials are automatically discharged under the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is collected by the dust collection box.

3. Characteristics

- Strong crushing capacity: Suitable for medium and low hardness materials, especially oily, sticky and heat-sensitive materials.

- Adjustable particle size: By replacing the screen, a grinding fineness of 30-150 mesh or even higher can be achieved.

- Good sealing performance: The bearing part is equipped with labyrinth seals, and there is a silicone rubber sealing ring inside the machine door to prevent dust leakage.
