Introduction to the ionized liquid evaporation system
The ionized liquid evaporation system is a kind of equipment used to process dispersion, mainly through evaporation to concentrate and separate the dispersion. 1. System structure

2. Working principle
The operating principle of the ionized liquid evaporation system is based on the evaporation and concentration process of the solution. The specific steps are as follows:
Preheating: the separation liquid first enters the preheater and carries out heat exchange with the secondary steam from the evaporator to increase the temperature of the separation liquid and reduce the energy required for subsequent heating.
Evaporation and concentration: after preheating, the ionized liquid enters the evaporator, and under the action of the heating device, the water in the solution evaporates rapidly, so that the ionized liquid shall be concentrated.
Secondary steam condensation: the secondary steam generated in the evaporation process is led to the condenser and condensed into water through the action of cooling water, and part of the condensed water shall be used as the heat source of the preheater to achieve energy recycling.
Collection of concentrated liquid: After evaporation and concentration, the liquid reaches the required concentration and is transported to the storage tank or other equipment for subsequent treatment or storage.
