I. Overview

2. The working principle

The dusty gas passes through the bag filter through the dust cover or pipe.

The gas passes through the interior of the filter bag, which is made of woven fibers and has certain porosity.

Particle interception

When the solid particles in the gas pass through the filter bag, they are intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas passes through the filter bag into the clean gas chamber.

Soot cleaning

As the particulate accumulates, a layer of filter cake shall form on the surface of the filter bag, which shall increase filtration resistance. In order to maintain the filtration efficiency, it is necessary to conduct regular cleaning, and the common cleaning methods include mechanical vibration, reverse blowing, pulse injection, etc.

Liquid filtration process

The liquid passes through the filter container, directly impacting and flowing above the filter bag held in place by the support basket. Under the pressure of the liquid, the filter bag expands to ensure that the liquid is evenly distributed on its inner surface. The micro porous structure of the filter bag shall intercept solid particles in the fluid, suspended solids and other impurities, which shall form a filter cake layer on the surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet at the bottom of the filter along the wall of the metal supporting mesh basket.

3. Performance characteristics

Its structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the operation and maintenance are very convenient.
