Introduction of Exhaust Fan

Definition

An exhaust fan is a device used to remove harmful gases, unpleasant odors, smoke, dust and other pollutants indoors or in specific areas.

Working principle

The exhaust fan generates negative pressure through a rotating impeller, drawing in the air from the room or a specific area into the fan, and then discharging it outdoors through pipes or directly. Its working principle is based on Bernoulli's principle in fluid mechanics, using the rotation of the impeller to convert mechanical energy into the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the airflow.

Main components

Impeller: A power component that generates airflow, usually made of metal or engineering plastics, and multiple blades.

Motor: The core component that drives the impeller to rotate and provides power.

Shell: Protects internal components, prevents foreign objects from entering, and guides the direction of airflow.

Transmission device: Connects the motor and the impeller, transmits power, and usually includes the shaft and bearings.

Characteristics

High ventilation efficiency: It shall quickly eliminate harmful gases and odors in the room, keeping the air fresh.

Stable operation: Simple structure, reliable operation and long service life.

Low noise: The design is reasonable, with low noise during operation, and it shall not cause noise pollution to the environment.

Easy to maintain: It is easy to clean and maintain. Regular cleaning shall keep good ventilation.
