Discharge fan


Discharge fan is a device used for material handling and dust control, mainly through rotating blades to transport material from one location to another. The following is a detailed introduction of the fan:

 

1. Structure

The fan is mainly composed of the following parts:

Impeller: consisting of multiple blades, used to push material or gas flow.

Housing: used to hold the impeller, protect the internal structure, and guide the flow of material.

2. Working principle

A. Material entry: The material shall be delivered to the shell of the fan through the feeding port.

B. Rotary push: the motor drives the impeller to rotate, and the blade pushes the material to the discharge port.

C. Material discharge: The material is discharged through the discharge port and be delivered to the next processing link.
